Olivier's Pilot Log: South to South Adventure

Cuba will be IFR.

BaseOps London our "flight permit hunter" sent us the latest details of their searches. We now have all the clearances up to Mexico. But Cuba somehow seems to only allow IFR (instruments flight rules) over its territory. So we will be flying Instruments over Cuba, no problemo! We were also IFR when we crossed the Mediterranean from Egypt to Crete in 1995. Instrument flying is fun and easy, especially on trikes.
